Mortar Material of Refractory Bricks for Torpedo Ladle Car

PURPOSE: The subject fly ash mortar for inhibiting damage to a joint part of a refractory brick by using fly ash mortar added with magnesia on the surface of the refractory brick used for a torpedo ladle car is provided, which increases the service life of the refractory brick. CONSTITUTION: In the composition of fly ash mortar of a refractory brick used for a torpedo ladle, the composition comprises 73 to 84% by weight of alumina clinker having a particle size of below 1mm, 3 to 5% by weight of carbon, 5 to 10% by weight of silicon carbide and 3 to 7% by weight of magnesia, wherein the magnesia, silicon carbide and carbon have a particle diameter of below 0.074mm.
