Condensing Gas Boiler Having High Load Pre-Mixed Burner

PURPOSE: A condensing gas boiler having a high load premixed burner is provided to reduce the emission of carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxide having bad effects on the environment, to maximize a heat transfer area, to improve heat exchanging efficiency by forming the best sensible heat and condensing conditions, to design to large capacity, and to be compact and secure corrosion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A condensing gas boiler having a high load premixed burner is composed of a casing(10) including a combustion chamber(12) at the inside and an exhaust port(14) integrally formed at the upper part; a high load premixed burner(16) disposed to the lower part of the combustion chamber to heat the inside of the combustion chamber with the relatively reduced emission of carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxide; a plurality of heat exchangers of a sensible heat unit(20) arranged in the casing; and a plurality of heat exchangers of a latent heat unit(30) arranged at the upper part of the heat exchanger of the sensible heat unit along the vertical direction, which combustion heat generated by the premixed burner progresses toward the exhaust port, with an area same with the heat exchanger of the sensible heat unit.
