摘要
PURPOSE: A DC-reactor type HTSC(High Temperature Super-Conducting) current limiter using a flux-lock model is provided to control the amount of fault current by using a flux-lock model instead of a superconducting coil. CONSTITUTION: A DC-reactor type HTSC current limiter includes a phase control bridge, the first wire, the second wire, a superconducting element, the third wire, a phase control capacitor, a serial resistance, a magnetic field coil, and a cooling unit. The phase control bridge is formed with a plurality of thyristors(T1,T2) and a plurality of diodes(D1,D2). The first wire is wound around a steel core and connected to an output terminal of the phase control bridge. The second wire is wound around a steel core. The second wire is connected in parallel to the first wire. The superconducting element is serially connected to the second wire. The third wire is wound around the steel core. The phase control capacitor is serially connected to the third wire. The serial resistance is inserted into the third wire. The magnetic field coil is serially connected to the third wire. The cooling unit is used for cooling the superconducting element including the magnetic field coil.
