FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of samples of biological sensors of examined and control objects, injection of biological sensors into tested and control objects with subsequent qualitative evaluation of quality ( state of fouling ) of tested object. For realization of method biological sensor is selected from single lot of initial kinds of living organisms which are adapted to conditions of experiment and are kept under similar conditions in examined and controlled objects in the course of specified time. Then most sensitive parameter ( response ) to action of fouling substances on survived biological sensor in tested object is measured. Results of measurement of parameters of biological sensor are used to construct graphical dependence of relative response of biological sensor on concentration of toxicant ( stimulant ) in tested object and biological activity of each sample of tested object and coefficient of biological activity are determined.
