FIELD: measurement engineering. ;SUBSTANCE: method can be used for measuring properties of albumin in albumin-containing sample. Purposeful conformation changes in molecule of albumin are induced in tested sample. At least three different concentrations of spin probe bounding to albumin and additionally minimum three different concentrations of polar reagent are added to samples of aliquots of sample. Degree of changes in parameters of spin probe bounding in centers of bounding of albumin is found from spectra of electron-paramagnetic resonance aliquots with spin probe and polar reagent on the base of computer imitation of spectra of electron-paramagnetic resonance depending on concentration of spin probe and on concentration of polar reagent. Changes in transportation properties of albumin are calculated on the base of changes in meanings of parameters of bounding of spin probe at different concentrations of spin probe and polar reagent.;EFFECT: widened functional capabilities.;16 cl, 3 dwg
