FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the suggested method includes cultivating whole heparinized blood with tested preparations, detecting SH- and SS-groups in one and the same sample: SH-groups - due to amperometric titrating silver nitrate solution, SS-groups - based upon decreased current value after addition of sodium sulfite and choosing optimal preparation by detecting the highest coefficient by the ratio of SH/SS-groups ranging 2.6-4. Blood cultivation is carried out for 1 h at 37 C, introduction of tested preparation into blood is performed at the dosage corresponding to 1:5000 against therapeutic one.
