METHOD OF CHECKING COUNTER BALANCING OF PUMPING UNITS OF SUCKER-ROD-PUMPING PLANTS

FIELD: oil producing industry; checking sucker-rod pumping plants. SUBSTANCE: method is aimed at preventing failures of plants. According to proposed method, instantaneous values of current and voltage at inlet of electric drive of pumping unit are measured and reactive power is determined. First (A₁(Q)) and second (A₂(Q)) reactive power harmonics are separated and their relation K₂₁ = [A₂(Q)/A₁(Q)]; is determined. Counter balancing is determined by condition K₂₁≥K_21S where K_21S is standard value of coefficient for said well. EFFECT: high accuracy and reliability of result, ease of checking. 4 tbl, 4 dwg
