FIELD: earth-moving facilities. SUBSTANCE: proposed method of solid digging by scrapper at constant digging depth includes successive penetration and raising of bucket at power action of bucket in direction of raising. Power action onto soil does not exceed value required for complete raising of bucket. Proposed soil-digging device includes pump, drain line, hydraulic tank, housing and spool of hydraulic distributor section, bucket control hydraulic cylinders, pressure valve limiting pressure in one of spaces of said hydraulic cylinders, and pipelines. Device is furnished additionally with check valve, two-position spool controlled by profiled bar rigidly connected with spool of hydraulic distributor section. Recess on profiled bar corresponds to neutral position of hydraulic distributor section spool and open position of two-position spool, and its projections correspond to control positions of bucker hydraulic cylinders and closed position of two-position spool. Pump is connected to input of pressure valve through two-position spool, and through check valve, two spaces of bucket raising hydraulic cylinders. Drain line is connected through two-position spool with output of pressure valve and spaces of bucket penetration hydraulic cylinders. EFFECT: increased capacity of scraper. 3 cl, 1 dwg
