FIELD: building, particularly construction of large buildings and structures.;SUBSTANCE: device has track cable, hand truck, hauling cable, bypass blocks, drive and fastening members. Track cable has tightening means for regulating cable tightening. Track cable is pulled so that cable is self-sagged for providing allowable load applied to fastening members. Ends of track cable are secured into fastening members. Upper end of track cable is located by means of fastening members at structure extension part arranged above assemblage point or work area. Lower end of track cable is secured by fastening means to preliminarily built load board. Fastening means are installed on assemblage site and spaced a distance of H one from another. The distance provides passing of hauling cable without touching structure extension parts taking into account load passing. Hand truck is connected to track cable and may move along track cable. Hand truck weight provides it return into extreme lower position and tension of hauling cable connected to hand truck.;EFFECT: provision of assembling and disassembling of structure components, possibility of restoration works performing at elevated locations and difficult-to-access areas and maintenance of building structures.;19 cl, 4 dwg
