FIELD: medicine, therapy, surgery.;SUBSTANCE: one should introduce the mixture of wide-spectrum antibiotic at its half against pharmacopoeia-recommended average therapeutic dosage together with a preparation improving its regional transport into lesion focus, prepared ex tempore and containing lidase 16-32 U, 0.05%-proserine solution 0.00025-0.0005 g, methylprednisolone solution 0.02-0.04 g, 10%-lidocaine solution 0.05-0.1 g and 3-4 ml 40%-glucose solution into interspinous ligaments of vertebral column at level for the depth of 1.5-2 cm 12-24 h before supposed operative interference.
