Proposed technical solutions related to the field of construction of new underground pipelines, including passing through flooded areas, on the crossings of small rivers, and may find use in the reconstruction and repair of existing pipelines. The object of these technical solutions is to increase the reliability, improving maintainability in the field, manufacturability and reducing the complexity of assembly on site. This is achieved in the pipeline weighting agent and a spacer frame - in that the weighting agent comprises open from the side of its sides ballasting device having made of a polymeric material bottom, front and rear walls formed one for their material web, the spacer frame, obliquely located in the trench when placing therein ballasting devices, flexible traction of a textile material, connected at their ends formed loops with the most distant from each other by longitudinal rods of the spacer frames, wherein n odolnye rods are preferably tubular, are arranged parallel to the pipeline longitudinal axis and are joined to form a closed loop with transversal tubular rods, wherein at least one of said compounds rods designed as connected by welding with the longitudinal rod with the weld location along its forming; a metal plate or segment of the metal strip having at least one aperture and situated in a plane passing through the longitudinal longitudinal axis of the bar or at an angle up to 90 ° thereto, and a transverse tubular shaft is formed on the side surface with a hole coaxial with the hole of the plate or strip segment dressed with one of their ends on said plate or strip segment to align the axes of their openings, preferably against the stop in a longitudinal rod housed and fixed in said coaxial holes stop ornym element, preferably a pin or bolt with a nut.
