Process visualizing method for business process control and planning uses devices to evaluate, control, plan and organize procedures

Targets to be achieved represent processes in a target landscape forming a compass surface (14), on which numerous target axes (18) start from a center point and point with compass arrows towards target elements (20a-e) that are set up around the center point and assigned to the targets to be achieved. Dividing points (T1-T3) on the target axes rely on process parameters (P1-P3) to have their position determined as to how far a target assigned to a target axis or a sub-process has been reached. An independent claim is also included for a device for visualizing processes, especially for evaluating, controlling, planning and organizing procedures in a business.
