Microemulsion comprises 0.5-70 wt.% of an alkanolammonium alkyl (ether) sulfate, 20-95 wt.% water, 0.1-20 wt.% oil, 0.1-20 wt.% C2 to C24 mono- or polyhydric alcohol, and 0.1-15 wt.% UV filter and/or 0.1-3 wt.% antidandruff agent. Microemulsion comprises 0.5-70 wt.% of an alkanolammonium alkyl (ether) sulfate of formula (I), 20-95 wt.% water, 0.1-20 wt.% oil, 0.1-20 wt.% C2 to C24 mono- or polyhydric alcohol, 0.1-15 wt.% UV filter and/or (sic) 0.1-3 wt.% antidandruff agent: R1 = 8-20C hydrocarbyl; p = 2-5; R2, R3 = H, 1-6C alkyl or 2-4C hydroxyalkyl; R4 = 2-4C hydroxyalkyl; m = 0-7.
