Use of 1,1-difluoro-omega-heterocyclylthio-alk-1-ene derivatives (I) as herbicides. 1,1-difluoro-omega-heterocyclylthio-alk-1-ene derivatives of formula Het-S(O)m-CH2-(CH2)n-C(R)=CF2 (I) as herbicides. m = 0-2; n = 1-13; R = hydrogen or halo; and Het = optionally substituted heterocycle.
