A display having a display unit (4) mounted on a base-plate and connected electrically via a conduction element (5) with the base-plate (1), which is mechanically and electrically connected to terminal elements by means of which the display can be connected electrically with other devices, in which retention devices for holding the display on other devices are provided. At least one pin-connector (2) has pins which serve as terminal elements and retaining devices for electrical connection of the display to other devices and for the display retention devices. At least one pin connector is used with a 1.27mm raster.
