The bag (1) comprises a receptacle pouch (10) terminated by a neck linked to a discharge channel (20) having a waste opening. There is an opening/closing device for shifting the discharge channel from a folded closed state to an unfolded open state. A film of the pouch is provided externally with a rigidifying part (40) near the neck in the shape of a loop (42).
