The implant formed from a supple material includes a circular optical part (12) and a haptic part for fixing the implant in an eye. The haptic part includes arms (20) radially extending from the optical part, each arm having a first end (20a) fixed to the periphery of the optical part and a second end (20b) disposed on a circle (C1) centered on the optical axis and with a diameter D1, where D1 is greater than D0. Support elements (22) on an internal face of the eye, each present an external edge disposed on a circle having a diameter D2 that is greater than D1. Each element also has two end (22b,22c) anda curvilinear length (l).Deformable connection elements (24) have their first ends connected to the second ends of the arms and a second end connected to ends of the support elements. Each connection element isn't rectilinear and has, in an optical plane, a length less than that of the arms and support elements.
