The method involves sensing a unit of a 3D modeling image manipulated by a user e.g. surgeon. A sensor detects a stress and/or displacements of the unit, and rotational movement of the unit in a space of the 3D modeling image for generating control information corresponding to the displacement and movements of the unit. The control information displays the rotational movement and displacement of the unit. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) an assembly for manipulating 3D modeling image (b) an equipment for visualizing a medial image.
