The mouthpiece has a tip of thickness of about 3 to 5mm followed by two projections extending towards cheeks. The projections start from tip and broaden towards a shank. An anti-vibration material is inserted into a cavity (3), on a lower side towards the tip. An arch forms an edge (4) at the back of the mouthpiece. A chamber includes a platform followed by a concave platform with vertical surfaces parallel to tip.
