The device has a main support slab (6) with a segment and a mooring hook of a load. Branches of links connect secondary support slabs (7, 8) with the main slab. The support slabs have traversing orifices and are fixed in support on wall by fixing screws. The traversing orifices are in sides of the slabs for screws to pass through sides of longitudinal profiles in protrusion (3).
