The assembly has a nasal respiratory mask (11) associated to a turbine (12), and an electric motor (13) coupled to the turbine. The turbine comprises a soundproof cowling (19) and vaned-rotor arranged in the cowling. The cowling comprises an inhalation cavity (21) permitting entry of gas in the cowling, and an expulsion cavity (23) for sending pressurized air towards upper airways of patient. An independent claim is also included for a device treating respiratory problems.
