PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a nonoriented silicon steel sheet having excellent balance in strength and core loss in an industrially stable manner.;SOLUTION: In a nonoriented silicon steel sheet, 0.2 to 4.0% Cu and 0.5 to 5.0% Ni are compositely contained. In a final cold rolling step among the manufacturing steps of the nonoriented silicon steel sheet, at least one pass of warm-rolling with the rolling temperature of 100 to 300°C is performed, and the accumulated draft of the warm rolling is set to be ≥45%.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
