TABLE FORMAT DATA PROCESSING METHOD AND TABLE FORMAT DATA PROCESSING APPARATUS

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a document format definition method with which visibility is improved even with regard to a document format comprising a derivative area that is a second data entry area, in one cell and data can be automatically inputted/outputted with another document format or data file by a simple document format definition operation. PSOLUTION: The table format data processing method includes the steps for: performing an item definition for making data or a data field corresponding to an item name; and designating a different condition of an entry condition that a derivative area originally has, relatively to a main area that is a first entry area, in the same cell to a data field comprising the derivative area that is a second data entry area, in one cell. With respect to each derivative area, data to simultaneously refer to in the case of inputting/outputting data of a document or a record that is a set of data entry areas, is identified based on the designated item definition and different condition.
