PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that equipment investment and running cost are increased because a plurality of facilities of storage tank, batch tank for bacteria decomposition and separation tank etc. and a plurality of processes are required in the conventional blood and grease treatment waste water in a slaughter house, further, an expected effect can not be obtained although bacteria treatment is performed for deodorization and most of treated material should be subjected to final disposal because the recycling of the treated material is difficult. PSOLUTION: The operation time of coagulation treatment is shortened by the use of a blood and grease coagulant (hereinafter, a ton/zeo agent) which is produced by utilizing various kinds of artificial zeolites made of waste and mineral resources of which utilization remains low. The equipment for quickly separating blood and grease from liquid by performing confluence mixing and agitation in a solid-liquid separator is contracted and simplified. As a result, the running cost is reduced. By the use of the ton/zeo agent, the deodorization is promoted and a clean environment is created.
