PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new resin for chromatin immunoprecipitation and a chromatin immunoprecipitation method using the same, for improving complexity in a DNA refinement process which is the process of a chromatin immunoprecipitation method, drastically shortening time necessary for an experiment, suppressing the consumption of a reagent, and providing satisfactory detection sensitivity.;SOLUTION: A resin, comprising a carrier coated with a protein and nucleic acid, is used to form a complex of resin + protein Y (such as Protein A/G) + anti-protein X antibody + protein X + DNA fragment.
