PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a terahertz band wave processor which has excellent transmission characteristics of a terahertz band wave, whose cost is low, and which can be easily manufactured.;SOLUTION: The terahertz band wave processor has a terahertz wave generator 10 which generates a prescribed terahertz wave and an optics optical surface constituted of highly functional resin provided on the front surface in the traveling direction of the generated terahertz wave. As a more specific example, an optical semi-transmission plate 4 is constituted as the optics optical surface. An optical axis between the plate 4 and the terahertz wave generator 10 is regulated by a first optical transmission regulator 1, the terahertz wave on the optical axis is transmitted and light to be made incident with a prescribed incident angle is reflected by the plate 4. Furthermore, second optical transmission regulators 2, 3 are set on the optical axis between the plate 4 and an Si bolometer. Prescribed visible light is made incident on the plate 4 as pilot light 12, and reflected by the plate 4, and the optical axis of the reflected visible light is superimposed on the optical axis of the terahertz wave 11.
