PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for irradiating an original disk for an information recording medium of which the recording position accuracy is enhanced by electron irradiation.;SOLUTION: The original disk for information recording medium in which variation in groove width and noise levels of recording tracks of the whole original disk 21 are reduced is created by the device 100 for irradiating the original disk for the information recording medium equipped with an electron irradiation means for irradiating the original disk 21 having an electron sensitive resist thin film in which polarity change arises by the electron irradiation with electron beam 19 whose amount is fixed per unit time, a driving means for holding and rotating the original disk 21, a variation means for varying a relative position between the electron irradiation means and the original disk 21 in the horizontal direction and an original disk rotation control means for controlling the number of rotations of the original disk 21 based on the relative position in the case of irradiating the original disk 21 with the electron beam 19 by the electron irradiation means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
