PICK-UP SERVICE SUPPORT DEVICE AND PICK-UP SUPPORT SYSTEM USING THE SAME

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably reduce load on a service agency side, and to inform exact time to some degree when a pick-up car arrives near a user's house, who receives a pick-up service, to a guardian of each user. PSOLUTION: Personal information of each user who receives the pick-up service, agency information about the service agency which conducts the pick-up service, and reservation information about the reservation of the pick-up service are stored in databases 3a, 3b, 3c, respectively. An information processing server 2 utilizes the information stored in each database 3a, 3b, 3c, decides a pick-up route in a pick-up route decision part 12, and calculates estimated time when the pick-up car arrives near the house of each user in an estimated arrival time calculation part 13.
