PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a store where a probability that advertising media are handed over to customers is high. PSOLUTION: A device for determining where to install advertising media includes a store information storage means S21 for storing store information about a store where materials to be distributed are installed, this store information including at least the area of the store, ages of customers, and the amount of the materials installed in the past; a search element designating means S22 for designating at least one of the area of the store, the ages of the customers, and the amount of the materials installed in the past as a search element; an extraction means S23 for searching, according to the designated search element, the store information stored in the store information storage means, to extract the store where the materials are to be installed; and an output means S24 for outputting the extracted store in association with the materials to be distributed.
