PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication performing system which can improve reliability of user management and can manage authentication information and utilization situation efficiently.;SOLUTION: A network printer 100 receives print data, and transmits the user information included in the received print data with authentication request to a printer management server 200. When an authentication notification from the printer management server 200 is received, the network printer 100 performs printing based on the print data. When the authentication request and the user information are received, the printer management server 200 judges whether it is eligible to use the network printer 100 based on the received user information and authentication information of the authentication information registration table 400.
