PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical slurry cooling device superior in heat efficiency, and capable of accurately adjusting the temperature of a slurry liquid, and capable of increasing a flow rate of the slurry liquid. PSOLUTION: A slurry cooling tank 1 has a tank 30 for constituting a space between an inner cylinder 10 and an outer cylinder 20 as a cooling chamber 31 with a double tube structure having the inner cylinder 10 and the outer cylinder 20, and a cooling pipe 40 wound around the inner cylinder 10 and stored and arranged in a coil shape in the cooling chamber 31. The slurry cooling tank is constituted for exchanging heat between a refrigerant passing through the cooling pipe 40 and the slurry liquid in the cooling chamber 31 by filling the slurry liquid in the cooling chamber 31 by flowing in the cooling chamber 31 from a lower end part 12a by flowing in its inside from an inflow port 13 of the inner cylinder 10.
