PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of detecting an illegitimate access performed via a series of processes in real time.;SOLUTION: When a packet 5 is communicated on a network 2, a key data extract means 1c acquires the packet 5, key data are extracted. Then a progressing state scenario searching means 1d uses the key data extracted by the key data extract means 1c for a searching key and searches a progressing state scenario from a progressing state scenario storage means 1b. Further, a collation means 1e collates processing denoted in the packet 5 in succession to the progressing state scenario detected by the progressing state scenario searching means 1d with the discrimination as to whether or not the processing is along with an illegitimate access scenario stored in an illegitimate access scenario storage means 1a.
