PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form data writing system that can establish an appropriate relation between a department which writes form data and a department which decides which form data should be written in a recording medium such as an optical disk.;SOLUTION: The form data writing system comprises a form data writing device 1 for sending form data state information about the state of form data to a writing control device 2 and writing form data specified by data specification information sent from the writing control device 2 to a removable recording medium in response to a writing command sent from the writing control device 2, and the writing control device 2 for sending the data specification information specifying data to be recorded on a recording medium to the form data writing device 1, determining whether or not to write form data to a removable recording medium according to the form data state information and data specification information and, if determining to write, sending the writing command to the form data writing device 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
