PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a plurality of information services required by a user to be provided in a lump and also enable a cross-leveling use by a single ID/password.;SOLUTION: A network operation center NOC for operating a first information service provided by an Internet connection service company ISP and an information service system for operating a second information service provided by a company other than the ISP are connected by the Internet. The NOC stores an accessible homepage in both of the first information service and the second information service. In the case that a user who is a member of the ISP applies to enter the second information service and authenticated as a member by the NOC, new ID/password are generated and are maintained by the NOC and the information service system. A transfer request of a homepage to the NOC by the user who is the member of the ISP is permitted as authentication is performed for the new ID/password are authenticated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
