PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a higher interests of the players in the games by distributing the diploma information corresponding to the game levels in the playing through various types of networks. PSOLUTION: The diploma information distributor 2 has a level setting means 10 which sets the game levels based on the results of the games played, a diploma information distribution means 12 for distributing the diploma information corresponding to the game levels set, a valid period setting means 14 for setting the valid periods for the game levels and a collation means 16 which carries out the collation to see whether the elapse period to the date of requesting the distribution of the diploma information from the actual date of setting the game levels is within the valid period or not. When the elapse period is within the valid period, the diploma information is distributed by the diploma information distribution means or when the elapse period is not within the valid period, the game levels are set again by the level setting means and then, the diploma information is distributed.
