PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low friction sliding mechanism with a sliding face existing under various kinds of applications and having extremely superior low friction property, particularly, further improved low friction property by combining a conventional steel material with an organic Mo compound, and to provide a low friction agent composition, a friction reducing method, a manual transmission, and a final reducer. PSOLUTION: The low friction sliding mechanism has a sliding face formed by a DLC coating sliding member and a sliding member where an oxygen containing organic compound and a fatty amine compound exist. The low friction agent composition contains an oxygen containing organic compound and a fatty amine compound. In the friction reducing method, the sliding face formed by the DLC coating sliding member and the sliding member is lubricated by supplying the low friction agent composition thereto. The manual transmission has a DLC coated sliding portion on at least one sliding member. The final reducer has a DLC coated sliding portion on at least one sliding member.
