PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerial cable device in a span and a construction method, in which the construction of a temporary steel tower can be omitted, and at the same time, by which construction costs can be reduced, and also, a steel tower can be directly constructed in the middle of an aerial electric line erected between the steel towers, and to also provide a steel tower construction method and a steel tower relocation construction method.;SOLUTION: The aerial cable device 5 in the span is provided with a pair of insulators 54a, 54b, which are mounted to the aerial electric line 53 erected between the steel towers 51, 52 mutually apart at a prescribed interval, a metal-shielded cable 56 which is arranged along the aerial electric line 53a between a pair of the insulators 54a, 54b and has an in-air terminal part 55 on both ends, and a connection means 57 which electrically connects both ends of the metal-shielded cable 56 to the aerial electric line 53 outside the insulators 54a, 54b.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
