CONCRETE FILLING METHOD IN CONCRETE FILLED STEEL PIPE CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND STEEL PIPE FOR FILLING CONCRETE USED FOR THE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase working efficiency by performing the other workings using a hoist in parallel with the placement of concrete without occupying the hoist when concrete is fallen and placed.;SOLUTION: A vertical concrete guide passage 3 formed by partitioning a steel pipe inner space by a partition wall 4 is integrally formed in a steel pipe 1. A plurality of concrete outflow ports 5a to 5f are formed in the partition wall 4 of the concrete guide passage 3 at specified intervals in the vertical direction. With the steel pipe 1 erected vertically, concrete is placed therein from the upper end of the concrete guide passage. The concrete fallen through the concrete guide passage is allowed to flow into the steel pipe 1 through the concrete outflow port to fill the concrete in the steel pipe.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
