PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water-based composition for local application containing at least one kind of water soluble polymers of an AMPS-based water soluble skeleton and side chains containing at least one polyoxyethylene block and at least one polyoxypropylene block or polyoxybutylene block.;SOLUTION: Advantageously, the polymer used has heat gelation effect, is relatively insensitive to multivalent ions and pH, has a narrow temperature range in which certain amount of the heat gelling effect presents, therefore, fluid/gel transition is clearer when applied to the skin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
