PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas supply and discharge device of a closed combustion type gas appliance capable of accurately measuring temperatures by reducing the temperature difference of exhaust gas in the radial direction in an exhaust gas tube when the temperature of the combustion exhaust gas in the exhaust gas tube of a gas supply and discharge tube top is measured.;SOLUTION: This gas supply and discharge device of a closed combustion type gas appliance comprises an exhaust tube and a supply tube having one ends connected to combustion appliances installed indoors and the other ends connected to a header part and the supply and discharge tube top 4 having the discharge tube 5 and the supply tube on the outer periphery thereof and having one end connected to the header part and the other end taken out to the outside.
