Then, the respective operation rates of the device described in the formula information of the read operation rate of the system are replaced with the matrix of 2 line and 2 columns whose matrix elements are the operation rate of the device, 0, the product of the operation rate of the device and the failure rate of the device and the operation rate of the device, and the respective non-operation rates of the device described in the read formula information of the operation rate of the system are replaced with the matrix of two lines and two columns whose matrix elements are the non-operation rate of the device, 0, the inversion of the codes of the product of the non-operation rate of the device and the repair rate of the device and the non-operation rate of the device.
