PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health care system and a program capable of knowing easily a change of a body fat amount when a body weight is changed. PSOLUTION: The present body weight is input (S3) using an input means for inputting a specified body information for specifying a body of a subject, a computing means for computing a change rate of the fat amount of the subject based on a change of the specified body information, and a display means for displaying a body weight change rate, a fat amount change rate and an obesity tendency degree, and the body weight change rate is calculated using the variation between the body weight measured in the past and the present body weight (S5-6). The body weight change rate and the present body weight are substituted in a relation for calculating the fat amount change rate to find the fat amount change rate (S7), the fat amount change rate is compared with a prescribed reference value to find the obesity tendency degree (S8), and the body weight change rate, the fat amount change rate and the obesity tendency degree are displayed on the display means (S9).
