DOCUMENT PROCESSOR FOR SUMMARIZING EVALUATION COMMENT OF USER BY USING SOCIAL RELATION AND ITS METHOD AND PROGRAM

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is necessary for a user to spare a huge labor and time in order to look over all text since a large amount of evaluation comments related with electronic commercial transaction exists. PSOLUTION: In a document processor 100, a collecting means 120 collects evaluation comments for a specific evaluation target as a first evaluation comment group, and collects evaluation comments for the other evaluation targets of an evaluator who provides evaluation comments for the specific evaluation target as a second evaluation comment group from a database 180, and a morphemic analytic means 130 divides sentences included in the first comment group and the second comment group into sets of attributes including at least one predetermined keyword and parts of speed relevant to this by using a morphemic analytic technique, and an extracting means 140 compares the sets divided by using the morphemic analytic means for each evaluator, and extracts the set existing only in the first evaluation comment group as an existing summary, and extracts the sets existing in the second evaluation comment group as non-existing summary.
