PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize for preventing falling into cancer, which is incurable disease, preventing the re-occurrence of cancer by transition, curing AIDS, and preventing selinity/fatuity/Alzheimer's disease, for preventing all substances from being deteriorated, reducing or eliminating residual agricultural chemical components in foods to maintain freshness of and store the food, and for reducing the period for fermented and aged foods, making livestock healty, and producing safe foods.;SOLUTION: Charcoal is packed on a ground, underfloor, and wall surfaces of a Qigong building and a storage shed to discharge an earth current and supply the electron negative electrons of the charcoal to geomagnetism, negative energy, and proton positive atoms to improve reduction. Cosmos and solar magnetic energy are led into the housings by an outer wall structure, roof shape, and magnetic antenna to improve Qigong and all substances of the above items for stabilization.
