PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surfactant having an ethylene oxide chain as a partial structure, having improved coatability, and improving the coagulation-preventing effects of a matting agent.;SOLUTION: The surfactant has a structure represented by the formula [wherein, R¹ is a 6-25C alkyl group or a 6-25C alkenyl group; R² to R⁵ are each a hydrogen atom, a 1-14C alkyl group, a 1-14C alkenyl group, a 7-20C aralkyl group or a 6-18C aryl group, with the proviso that the whole of the R² to R⁵ are not simultaneously a hydrogen atom; b is the average number (0-10) of added moles; m is the average number (0-4) of added moles, with the proviso that the proportion of components having ≥5 number of the added moles are ≤30 mass%; n is 0-6; (a) is 0 or 1; Z is OSO₃M or SO₃M; and M is a cation].;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
