PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for avoiding employing of a large scale polishing equipment capable of coping with convex work with quartz oscillation plates from small to large quantity, with the same and simple equipment, and capable of significantly reducing its work time compared to a polishing work.;SOLUTION: There are provided a process where a plurality of convex covers are formed at the positions corresponding to each other on the front and rear main surfaces of a quartz plate, and a process where the quartz plate is etched, in which a plurality of convex covers are formed on the main surfaces, the shape of the main surface of the quartz plate is transferred in convex shape or duplicated in similar shape, and the quartz oscillation plate is divided into pieces.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
