PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution method for a disclosure-oriented identifier and a system by which appropriate distribution is achieved while preventing the unauthorized use of the disclosure-oriented identifier.;SOLUTION: A service recipient terminal 20 generates a random number Kc. A user terminal 10 generates a message authenticator S based on the random number Kc and returns the message authenticator S as well as the disclosure-oriented identifier T to the service recipient terminal 20. The service recipient terminal 20 transmits the disclosure-oriented identifier T, the message authenticator, and the random number Kc to a disclosure-oriented identifier certification device 40. As the result of verification, service provision is received from a service provision device 50 by using the disclosure-oriented identifier T, provided that the disclosure-oriented identifier T has legality.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
