PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently execute various kinds of back-office operations which are accompanied by an operation for exchanging data on corporate insurance.;SOLUTION: A corporate insurance medium management system reads out a group basic information comprising the article information on the corporate insurance, article work information and corporate insurance identification information, and operation basic information comprising data stored in a recording medium exchanged in a data exchanging operation, recording medium delivering destination information and recording medium identification information, from a management information DB 313b, and makes a display device 325 display such information and, further, display an input screen for inputting recording medium management information including a date when the recording medium is received and a place in which the recording medium is stored so as to promote inputting the recording medium management information. The corporate insurance medium management system has a medium management-and-delivery request processing means 312c which makes the management information DB 313b store the recording medium management information in association with the operation basic information and the group basic information when the recording medium management information is inputted, and reads out the recording medium management information from the management information DB 313b and makes the display device 325 display it when a request for acquiring the recording medium management information is made.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
