Establishment of a mass production system of proteins or peptides, and a mass production system of cellulases in fungi such as Trichoderma viride was established. The regulatory sequence of the cellulase cbh1 gene from Trichoderma viride expresses the target protein. Thus, the control sequence can be used to express a large number of target proteins, particularly cellulases. We succeeded in producing 15 g / L of endoglucanase from humicola insolens.
