PURPOSE: To mount an exterior wall material from the interior of a building unit even if a ceiling is formed above a bath unit. ;CONSTITUTION: A bath unit 17 is incorporated in a building unit 10 and an opening 21 is provided above the bath unit 17, and by inserting a hand into the opening 21 from the outside of the unit 10, exterior wall panels 23-25 are mounted from the interior of the building unit 10.
